No help from seller or Xerox on the matter. Spend more for something decent!

Great tech support
Nice size. Very easy to install without drivers though adding the specific driver for the machine as opposed to “air print” makes it more accessible to all devices. The tech support is absolutely amazing and rivals Apple. That alone is worth the purchase. The biggest concern is ink refills. They are expensive, but do allow printing of 6000 sheets.

A impressora é ótima, mas não existe suprimento de cartucho/toner no mercado nacional. A fabricante ignora os contatos. Saiba que, se você adquirir, será um produto descartável, com vida útil de apenas um toner.

Apesar de las malas reseñas que tiene decidí comprarla por la marca Xerox crei que sería buena opción pero no lo fue. La instalé en una Mac pero nunca imprimió, mandaba a impresión pero solo decía ocupada y jamás imprimió, llamé a Xerox muy amablemente me dieron asesoría vía remota pero ellos tampoco pudieron instalarla correctamente ni hacer que imprimiera, con la aplicación de iPhone jamás pudimos enlazarla, pensado que sería el sistema operativo intentamos con Android y fue lo mismo no pudimos, la instalamos en un equipo Windows y tampoco fue posible. Me contacté directo con el vendedor y solo me dijo que presionara la tecla X y jamás me volvió a responder. La devolví, y Amazon como siempre su servicio al cliente impecable obtuve mi reembolso sin problema. Muy bien Amazon, fatal el vendedor.
