Good piece of equipment
It’s good. Using a flat bar hurts my wrists. With this device I can adjust the grip to be at an angle and hold my arm in a comfortable position while using it.

Best form arm tension building
As someone who has natural strength and then worked out a lot in my younger days. (simply unable too at the moment) This is one of the few exercise tools that hit zones technic and skill couldn’t. Good to casually has help my carpel a lot something play with at the computer. It’s best tool for like mastering the curl vs just building muscle. I would say it builds great muscle memory and healthier curl habits.

Not Shabby At All, but With Caveats.
This isn’t bad for the price. It’s fairly comfortable and it is easy to use; however, like another reviewer stated it does not adjust enough to be much of a challenge for many men. This is absolutely great for women, for older men and women, and for young teenagers until they become a bit too strong for it.This is also EXCELLENT for people who are rehabbing an injury to the forearm, wrist, and/or hand. Even though it doesn’t have the tension required for young to middle-aged men (I’m 46 myself) it DOES work and you can feel a good burn when you do a lot of reps. Set the tension to the tightest setting and do about thirty reps and you will feel your forearms burning. You can use this while you’re watching a movie or reading a book or doing anything that doesn’t require two hands (keep your mind outta the gutter!) and while the tension isn’t fantastic for most men, and certainly a few women, it can be set high enough to give your fingers a good workout. I’m probably going to order a second one so I can just work both forearms, wrists, and fingers at the same time while watching a movie. And if you put on a movie and use this the entire time of the film you WILL feel it working. This will not be good for people who are either very obese (sorry, but at least I’m saving you $25 and saving you from having to return it) or ridiculously muscular forearms because there’s not much room in there. If you take a look at the pictures I took for this review you’ll see that there’s not much wiggle-room in there. I’m a 6’ tall man (or at least I was; now I’m more like a 5’11 cripple with terrible posture) and I weigh about 210lbs with about the average amount of muscle a man my age who is only a casual lifter would have.Like I said earlier it’s not shabby and I actually kinda like it; I just wish that it had two or three times more tension.

Gripping office device!
This thing is pretty phenomenal for the office. I don’t know if I would keep this in a personal gym as another piece of equipment for a workout session, but for working out in what would otherwise be unused time in a work day, this kicks the proverbial butt. I saw a coworker who had one, used his, and ordered this that first night.Be aware that it is not a brute strength device, but rather an endurance focused piece. I have a job which requires me to be on the phone and when I’m not typing, I can pick this up and use it for a minute or two and definitely feel the burn. I have very strong wrists and large forums and this is great when used correctly. Good for distraction or to get the blood flowing a bit when sitting at a desk all day.Pros:- Workout your forearms in the office without disturbing anyone (other than the people who smile and wave back to your bobbing hand)- Adjustable settings make this useful to most people. I crank it all the way up and go until I can’t anymore.- Can be flipped for extensions as well as curls- *Can* be used for finger(s) isolation. This is admittedly a bit tricky, but worth the experimentationCons:- Wrist size. I have rather large wrists (6′ 260#) and the wrist grip is snug. I work with a lot of people who were collegiate athletes, now 1-4 years out of school, and they have no issues. The majority of people won’t.- Hand grip loosens regularly during use – minor issue – just keep tightening the screws after use

Poor material
After using it for 2 days. It started coming apart. It was really helping the strengthen of my arm after I had surgery to remove cancer from my bone. Hopefully my review will help with the faults.

A little uncomfortable and the the thing where you up the strength barley does anything
It was easy to use, had slip resistance, but a little comfortable in the strength increaser did not very work very well. It gives a good pump and a good burn, but if you’re in an advanced lifter, I would buy something else because it’s not strong enough.

Just what I needed after my PT ran out.
I shattered my right wrist last November, and got put back together with a titanium plate and 7 screws. I did 20 PT visits, and when those ran out I wanted to keep working on my wrist as there is some loss of downward deflection. So far this is helping develop the muscles that atrophied after spending 6 weeks in a cast. I am not 100% but slowly but surely getting there. There is a lot of plastic that makes up this unit, but it is holding up to every other day use.

This item is perfect for developing your wrist and forearms. Light, durable, and easy to use. This item has a 5 level, tension adjuster. I am a die hard golfer, in my 60’s, who bought this to strengthen my wrist, mostly, and also my forearms. This item works. Highly recommended.
