I am in Canada so this item was shipped from the US. It arrived in perfect condition and with all components.I have used Document cameras in the past and this interation represents the latest tech. The fact that it connects to the projector wirelessly and is also battery powered is the big selleing feature for me. I can move around my classroom with it in tow. I use it in conjunction with a Smart Board, and can easily switch between the two modes of display.With the tech I have in my classroom the intital wireless set up takes a minute or two to set up – it will not connect wirelessly of its own volition – I need to quickly connect it to a monitor first (the projector works for this), then go through the steps to wirelessly connect. That can take a minute, but once connected it stays connected.While a little on the pricey side (for Canadians), it is clearly well built, compact, and very easy to set up.The zoom and auto focus make it so easy to set up as you like. Very happy with the purchase.
