    Quick and Easy Resolution and Refund
    My screen was damaged, and I filed a claim and boxed the damaged product for return. The process was very easy and I was reimbursed the cost of the item in full, minus sales tax. I was able to replace the product with a new order through Amazon within a few short days. I am so thankful I purchased this protection plan!!

    Asurion service is awesome
    Refunded full cost of printer via Amazon gift card once they could not fix it. Refund was very prompt and as promised. Will buy Asurion protection again.Only downside is that you have to ship the product to be repaired. They cover the full shipping cost. Still it can be painful to pack and ship 😉 I wish they could tie up with local repair shops, at least in big Metros.

    Great Customer Service
    Just when I was frustrated because my dual screen bracket broke, I remembered I also purchased the warranty. Asurion made my worries go away with a full reimbursement. A wonderful experience indeed.

    Poor service / don’t honor agreement
    Asurion never sent us the warranty detail. It says they will send via email. I have tried to contact them and can not get a hold of them. I have dealt with Asurion with other products and have had very poor customer service and they do not like to fix the problem and they definitely do not want to give you a refund.

    Full Reimbursement
    My son received an Ender 3v2 Neo for Christmas, which worked great for about 3 weeks, then the printer LCD screen would no longer boot past the splash page.I attempted to contact the manufacturer to no avail, so I contacted Asurion. After Asurion also attempted to unsuccessfully contact the manufacturer, they provided a printing label and requested I send back the printer for repairs.It took me another month and I didn’t even fill out the requisite paperwork when I sent in the printer, but within 5 days of shipment I had an Amazon gift card for the full cost of the printer to purchase today–and not just the price I paid. (I purchased the printer for $230 on sale and was reimbursed the price of $319. That allowed me to buy the same printer in a lightning deal and upgrade my other 3D printer with a different auto bed leveling component).5 star service!!Asurion was easy to work with and went above and beyond in my eyes. I of course already re-purchased the same Asurion plan for the new printer that is printing successfully, and will do so in the future for any larger tech purchases.

    Great experience!
    Great experience! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service I received regarding my Brother printer that was zapped during a power surge! I wish I had Asurion protection plan on my expensive coffee maker! Asurion covered shipping cost to them however, I had to purchase a box large enough to fit and drive it it UPS! All in all it was worth it! Thank you Asurion

    When I couldn’t get help from the manufacturer after multiple attempts over three months, Asurion was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me right away with good results.

    Fast response from ASURION!
    After several failed attempts with NetGear support services to fix my modem, I called ASURION. Their customer service quickly responded! After explaining my issue with my modem, she issued a shipping label to send my modem for diagnostics. Within a few days, it was determined my modem was not repairable and a refund for the purchase price of the modem was issued to my Amazon account. I’m glad I did get ASURION protection!
