Second printer for the home after great experience with first
We needed a second computer at the house. Our first one is a Brothers 3290 that has been a workhorse since 2019. When we realized another was needed, I didn’t hesitate to return to Brothers. I got this one because it’s so similar to the 3290. It was VERY well packed and once we removed about 20 pieces of tape holding everything in place, it printed our test page and looked great. Brothers aren’t cheap and the ink isn’t cheap, but if you need a reliable printer, there’s no option. t delivers professional-quality color prints with crisp details and vibrant colors every time. What stands out most is how incredibly user-friendly it is. Setting it up was a breeze – the wireless connectivity is seamless, and it integrates effortlessly with all my devices, whether I’m printing from my computer, tablet, or even my phone. One of the best features is the speed. I can print large files without any lag, making it perfect for those high-demand tasks when I’m under a deadline. Plus, it’s impressively quiet, which is ideal for my work environment. The color accuracy is fantastic, and I’ve been able to produce great-looking presentations, brochures, and photo prints that look professionally done.Another major plus is its efficient ink usage. The toner cartridges last a long time, and replacing them is easy and mess-free. Overall, the HL-L3300CDW is well worth the investment for anyone needing a reliable, high-quality printer. Brother has nailed it with this model, combining versatility, speed, and cost-effectiveness in one machine. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a robust printer that consistently performs at a high level!

Easiest setup ever and excellent print quality
We had to replace a Canon inkjet that no longer supported Apple operating system. We have had a Xerox multi purpose printer. This Brother printer is the easiest setup we have ever had. It “automatically” found and connected to our wifi network with nothing for us to do but wait. We printed a copy of pages in black and white and color and are completely satisfied with the quality. Would recommend this printer to anyone who needs a print, scan and copy machine in their home or small business.

Great copies
I purchased this copier 1) It is a Brother 2) Small business in card making from home. It is most reliable. Only thing I wish it had was auto feed. But this is an option I don’t need for the business. It is okay for speed and the color printing is great. I would recommend.

Love this printer
It is a large printer. It takes up an entire side table. However, it is a good value for my money as a teacher. I make a lot of copies in the morning or night before work, and it makes copies quickly and reliably. It was really easy to connect my personal and work laptop to it and my phone! It has lasted this school year well. And I haven’t had to change the ink yet. So, good durability and ink capacity!

Bad design, Junk printer for $400
This printer has been a nightmare from the very beginning. Let me start with the manual tray. It feeds one page at a time in portrait mode, but there’s no pullout tray to support the page. It’s like trying to feed a single page at a self-checkout kiosk—just a slit. The envelope tray works the same way, one envelope at a time. Now, let’s talk about the paper output tray. It’s under the scanner, and what I can describe is a hole. It might be okay for right-handed people, but the left half of the hole is obstructed, making it impossible for left-handed users to grab the paper print or copy. For a $400 MFC printer, this is a major oversight. The printer lacks essential features like a USB connector, a color LCD, and the LCD is from the 1999 ears. The up and down physical buttons are different on the LCD show arrows, I had to guess the (+) and (-) buttons on the control panel. I had to guess which buttons they were. This printer is also a heavy beast that’s a pain to lift. The mobile app is a joke. It offers no advanced features except for trying to push you to buy more Brother products. To print remotely, you need to create a Brother account and send your print copy to Brother, who will then send it to the printer. There’s no fax option, which we already knew.Scanning is another frustrating experience. The printer says to connect to a PC, but it can’t find the PC or Mac for the master. You have to set it up on the PC first. It’s not smart enough to find network drives on the local LAN. There’s no single button to scan to a PC, email, or a folder. You have to manually configure it on the computer.I’ve never sent a purchase as quickly as I’m going to return this thing. I bought it for a client, and I won’t even take it to him so he can decide. There are so many other design flaws to list. The paper comes out curled, making it difficult to grasp. You have to reach deep to get a hold of it, and it’s a struggle if your fingers are dry. The control panel material is cheap, and there’s no option to upgrade the tray.See the photos for more details. The color quality is also disappointing. I noticed that the cartridges have a chip that you can only buy from Brother, and there’s no way to use any other manufacturer’s cartridges.
