Made a perfect Thanksgiving turkey
I needed a nice big roaster, so I ordered the largest Sunvivi roaster available (28 qt). I have tried 2 different size Aroma brand roasters and they either burnt the skin of the turkey or became impossible to clean after one use. I wanted to go with something spacious. I planned on making at least a 20 lb bird in it, but couldn’t find a bird larger than 15 lb come mid November, so I got a 15 lb Frozen Honeysuckle turkey. It turned out spectacular. Juicy and moist. Not dry and no burnt skin. I was impressed! I imagine it would do the same for a larger turkey as well. To prevent any stubborn residue, I lined the bottom of the roaster with heavy duty aluminum foil. It made for a very easy clean up afterwards. (I suggest doing this.) I guess we shall see how it stands the rest of time. Now the reviews about the window lid did concern me, but I only use my roasters twice a year – Easter briskets and Thanksgiving turkey. If the window lid does begin to rust or fail over time, I will use my old Aroma lid, which was a smaller roaster, but fits perfect as a backup replacement. Overall, I am pleased with this roaster so far. I included more information in my review video, along with photos of the great turkey it made.

Fantastic roaster!
Bought this for our 37lb turkey because we didn’t have a roaster that would fit it. It worked perfectly and our turkey was so tender. It was so good we had no left over turkey on Thanksgiving. I am very happy with the quality and performance of this roaster. Buy with no fear, you won’t be disappointed. We bought another one to give as a gift. The price was very reasonable.

Glass lid isn’t sealed fully
We really love the size and quality of the base unit, however, the glass in the lid does not seal properly, so steam leaks out. This caused the handle to collect moisture/be wet and it was hot/sticky.We are beyond the return window, so we will just keep it and deal with it. But disappointed.Still, we like the size/depth if the unit and the temperature seems accurate.In retrospect, we thought the glass window would be a perk to look inside without lifting the lid. The reality is it gets dirty/steamy so we can’t see inside anyway. Plus, having the glass creates a weak point so there is not a good seal. Rats.

Great Roaster
I love this roaster. Purchased for a 25lb Thanksgiving turkey and it fit with some room to spare. Cook went flawlessly and I have used numerous times since.

I bought this to cook my Thanksgiving turkey and all I can say is it made a delicious meal. I followed the instructions in the booklet and then googled how to cook in an electric roaster pan and I found directions. I’m so happy I bought this. It was so easy to prepare and clean. Small roaster
I was looking for an electric roaster to make turkeys n hams in. After reading this us big enough for turkeys I thought let’s give this a try. When I received the box I was so disappointed. I hoped the box at looked at this roaster .no way is this as big as I thought. Your not getting a turkey or whole game in this thing .so mad over this

Works great
Plenty of room in this roaster. I have done small and large turkeys with the same result using a thermometer as the prescribe end time approached. It works awesome for a warmer fir large amounts of stew/soup.
