Great customer Service
When we got this product we had a difficult time getting it loaded and then a part broke. But we contacted the company and they sent out a replacement right away. Also worked with us in getting installed properly so it worked with our software. I was very pleased with the customer support with this purchase and if I needed another scanner would order form this company again. Well worth the price, these are good scanners even when refurbished.

This OLD ITEM not Renewed as they clam. please see attachement
I bought this item as advertised “renewed” true is this item never renewed or even clean? I ended up cleaning it and replacing all the rollers to make it renew as it should be by the seller. Also, the USB cable very poor quality and see an error that I attached in the image. The instruction that was given is very bad and not helpful.

Product did not meet expectations
The product was packed very well and the necessary cables were included. However, the quality of the scans were less than perfect and some were illegible. In addition to the quality of the scans, trying to get the drivers was impossible. I had to purchase a software to make it work. Not a very pleased customer.
