These are simply the best . . .
I’ve owned a small retail shop for nearly 30 years. I have ALWAYS offered coffee for my customers. And I have used these particular Air Pots consistently over the years. DON’T buy the Pots with the big round button on top used for pumping the coffee – they’re terrible and awkward. These are easy to use, keep the coffee hot and fresh for six to eight hours and are very professional looking. You should know that every night we rinse out these pots and then literally take the time to re-fill them with scalding hot clear water out of my Curtis Coffee Maker. They sit that way until the next morning. This accomplishes two things: it keeps the single plastic washer that seals the top from drying out and cracking but more importantly when we dump the clear water out in the morning its still hot! That means that when we fill the pots with coffee the Pots are already pre-heated. In other words, the hot coffee doesn’t lose any of its heat by transferring the heat into the already heated Pot (does that make sense?) I’m still pumping coffee for myself eight or nine hours later and the coffee is still good and fresh. In my opinion, these are the ones you want. “Recommended”.

Great product.
Just like a product we have used for many years. Very happy to find this replacement, since I was unable to find in any local store. Nice product. Received promptly.

Great carafe!
This utilitarian coffee dispenser is great. It is easy to maintain and clean, and keeps my coffee piping hot. For the price this is a great value!

Good but fragile
This is third one of these I have purchased over the years. It works as advertised. Hot coffee in in the am and still hot in the pm. I have treated them a bit rough and have broken the glass liner in each one…OH WELL!!!

Keeps Coffee Hot for Hours!
This coffee airpot has simple, classic styling (stainless and black) and keeps coffee hot for hours. The lever function makes pouring a cup of hot coffee quite easy (this is preferred to using the push button top levers, which are more challenging to push).Took one star away due to the latch / clasp that holds the top on to the base — a couple of times this has become sort of stuck and it’s taken a bit of work to get the unit open for cleaning.Note that the size is also bigger than I really need for home use. When I brew an entire pot of coffee using the 10-cup Bunn brewer (Model: NHBX-B), the full pot of coffee only fills the airpot a little more than halfway. So ideally, this style of airpot would be available in the right size (smaller for home use). I suspect that the coffee would stay hot even longer if there wasn’t so much empty space when I fill the airpot. Pre-heat the unit with hot water if you want to make the heat last longer. And finally, one last note… The pump unit will not get the last bit of coffee out of the pot. After I have pumped the airpot until no more coffee comes out, there will still be 1/2 cup to a full cup of coffee left in the bottom of the airpot.Overall though, I really like the airpot… coffee stays hot and doesn’t have that burned / stale taste that happens when coffee is left on a hot plate.

Going strong after 4 years
I’ve used this airpot daily for 4 years and it still works great. I brew 1.75 liters of coffee each morning directly into this airpot using a #6 plastic manual drip cone and Melitta filter. What I really like is that with one single stroke of the lever I can fill a Grande sized cup full of frothy coffee. I love the froth! The pump mechanism feels very solid even after 4 years of daily use. I also like that the tube that extends into the coffee is metal and not plastic. Many other airpots have plastic tubes, who wants a plastic tube marinating in your coffee for hours. Cleanup is easy as the product comes apart quickly. The hinge on the airpot lid is still very solid. Note the opening at the top of the airport is not-huge so its great for holding a filter cone but requires a steady hand to pour coffee from another container into this airport. Not a problem just FYI. I am buying another of this airpot today for my second home in the mountains. Wish it was on Prime but oh well, its worth the extra money to get a quality product.

Cold coffee
I bought two of these as I have one that works great. It’s been three months and one is completely useless already, coffee is cold after only an hour. Tried putting hot water in before hand, no help.

It’s ok
I have a 3 ltr crestware airpot that’s been great for years for occasional personal use. I needed a second pot for my business and didn’t look for the brand I already had; I just looked on Amazon for what had the most best reviews. That was a mistake. The pot works ok. It does dispense, but not cleanly. It kept my product cold for a few hours, as needed, however when it dispenses, it sputters and spatters drink on the sides of the carafe (and your hand). Also, the plastic tube is too short, so it can’t reach the last half-1inch of liquid in the bottom. When I get a 3rd. airpot, it won’t be this one
