Nice high-quality pans
I needed to replace my entire set of pots and pans and based on reviews and a little help from Consumer Reports I decided on the Bobby Flay line by GreenPan. They arrived quickly and were nicely packaged. The pans heat quickly, cook evenly, and are truly non-stick. They stack nicely into each other for storage, wash up beautifully but most importantly they are free of toxins and safe for my family. So far, I am happy with my choice!

Wow… love these pans!
Our sons love to cook, but they are very hard on cookware. I purchased these pans at Thanksgiving and they have help up wonderfully. The nonstick surface looks like ot did when they arrived. They are truly nonstick and very easy to clean. We wait until cool and soak for a few minutes in soapy water, then wash by hand. I think our sons have met their match. I have already placed the 13 piece set in my cart and look forward to their arrival. Thank you for making a quality product that is affordable and will last.

light weight. non-stick. fantastic
This is the best cook ware i’ve owned. The feel of the handles and the weight makes it easy them functional and easy to use. They look nice, and non-stick. The one issue I have with these, is the heat retention. I tried cooking chicken on high, on my gas stove, almost a sear but struggled to get the pan hot enough. I have not had that problem before, but it may be a plus for some since it keeps food from burning!

It’s a good looking pan, cooks well and cleans up well. I would have given it 5 stars if it was machine washable and I didn’t need to now replace all my cooking utensils to silicone.

These are great!
Bought these pans as GreenPan has a good reputation and I like Bobby Flay. My hubby has a tendency to ruin our pans as he does high heat on our gas stove. The reviewers said only medium heat needed and so did the instructions. I asked him to try medium heat to see how they cook and they did beautifully. Super even heat, heated up quickly and everything has been done just right! My hubby does not use high heat any longer as these pans do what they say. Totally non-stick, good weight, nice handle… buy them… you won’t regret it!

Really like these pans.
These pans have a nice feel to them and food just glides around in them. It only takes a minute to wash them by hand. They are not too heavy, but just right and feel substantial. Someone posted a picture showing the outside of the pan brown and burned looking. Just a reminder, this is not the pan to sear a steak or fry chicken, as these are not made for high heat. But they are perfect for medium heat cooking. Very happy with them.

Induction stove
The pans are beautiful and easy to clean. We have an induction stove , the pans only seem to work on one burner and takes along time to heat up. I may return them because on the highest it takes much longer to cook then my prior pans.

Great Pans
Good color, great quality. Cooking is so nice in these pans. I’ve been using them for a week and they are amazing. There was a few dark scratches on the pans cream color but it didn’t damage the function of them. I will be buying more. These pans are worth it.I’ve tried so many different pans and these are my favorite. You can tell the difference when you use them. These don’t need high heat. They work extremely well with low heat.
