Quality feels cheaper in design but easy to assemble, lightweight and does collapse down in size. I would prefer for it to collapse smaller but it fits in the space I have for storage. The stands functionality works well just make sure to hit the locks to keep height locked in or will not stay up.

Works great for steaming
I recently got a steamer but struggled with it because I had to hang it on a doorknob or shower bar, and that meant stretching the cord nearly to the max just to reach the garment. This solves that problem perfectly. I can now steam wherever I want to. The rack is sturdy enough to hold a dress, shirt, or even a coat, and easy enough to maneuver around to get all sides of the garment. It was easy to assemble and seems well made enough to hold up to long usage. Another thing I like using it for it so to hold a garment that I want to wear while choosing accessories and then just to keep it at the ready. Glad to have this.

Does it’s job
Works well holding items to steam. Middle rod gets in the way when trying to get the collar but it’s workable. It’s a little flimsy if you pull on the clothing too hard but spins nicely.

This is a review for the Generic foldable telescoping clothing holder rack for steaming clothes (ASIN: B0D6G4YJBF). The price was $27.99 when I ordered it. I really like the convenience of using a steamer to press clothing but finding a good way to hold my shirts in place while steaming has been a challenge. I came across this telescoping steaming rack/stand and had to try it. I’m really impressed with the clever design of this rack and how easy it is to setup and use. Now I can hang my shirts at eye level and much more easily steam out the wrinkles. Plus, my shirt has a handy place to hang while it cools down before I put it on or hang it up. As impressed as I am with the design and concept of this rack, I’m a bit disappointed in the overall quality of materials. The rack is VERY lightweight and uses a lot of cheap plastic pieces. This does not feel very durable, and if not handled with great care it would be easy to break or damage it. The top plastic hanger piece feels particularly cheap and like it could easily bend or break if putting heavy clothing on it. Also, it does not stay in place but swivels freely whether you want it to or not. The listing actually touts this as a beneficial feature, saying it “enables you to rotate your clothes in any direction.” But it is actually a big inconvenience because your clothes will not stay in place while steaming them. The slightest touch will cause your garment to rotate away from you. It would be better if you could lock it in place so you can focus on finishing steaming each section without it rotating. But overall, this is a handy tool that makes it easier for me to steam my shirts. The price seems comparable to other clothes steaming stands I have seen on Amazon, though I have seen some cheaper that appear to be the same or similar.Oh, and this comes with a device that I have never seen before. The listing doesn’t explain what it is and I had no idea what it is for or when/how to use it. There is a listing pic that shows it being pulled across what looks like a wool sweater or other piece of clothing. Based on that context clue and some internet sleuthing, I was able to determine that it is a wool lint remover. Apparently you pull it across wool sweaters and such to trim off lint and fuzz. Some online sources also suggested it is useful for scraping off pet hair from clothing. It came with no instructions, so I’m not sure how to safely use it. It has a bit of a sharp edge on both sides, though not sharp like a knife. I’m a little nervous to try it for fear that I will scratch or cut my clothes. I guess I’ll have to try to find an online video demonstrating how to safely use it without damaging fabric. It would have been helpful if the listing and product packaging included such information.
