Great skillet.
I purchased this to make a deep dish pizza. It works great for that. It also is great for cooking large quantities of food (eg. fried potatoes). I love this skillet.

I wouldn’t call it “Smooth” but it gets the job done.
Large and Cast Iron but it’s not “Smooth” . That being said it preforms like cast iron and id consider it a decent purchase.

Excellent for the grill
Works great on our Kamado Joe! Not having a long handle. Just make sure your have good gloves to take it off the heat.

Poor Quality
Metal is thin, it is very light weight for its size. I have many 12″ pans that weigh twice as much. Did not come preseason. The surface has an extremely rough texture, causing food to stick. Would not recommend. I’ll stick to other brands like Lodge.
