When I received my Hohem iSteady M7, the high quality of the packaging and protective carrying case stood out. And that same quality continued as I assembled the gimbal (which was very simple). The instructions were clear and the instructional online video options are also high quality. It was simple to hook up to my phone and away I went with playing with this new gimbal. I have other Hohem products, and they keep advancing in what they put out.A couple of the features that are amazing are the detachable magnetic remote control and the telescoping option on the gimbal. The remote control has many great options as well as being able to see what the ai tracking is seeing. You can control everything from this remote and the ai tracking is the smoothest I have seen in a gimbal. The telescoping part of the gimbal makes it versatile in what height you need. The telescoping mechanism is very strong, and the smooth movement is not affected by the full extension of the gimbal.Whether you are using this for fun or for your business, this gimbal is what you need. Quality and functionality and ease of use all in one product. I highly recommend this iSteady M7 for your videography and photography needs (and wants).

Awesome and Reliable AI Tracking
The Hohem M7 gimbal packs a punch! It was packaged neatly. The setup was quick and easy. The new detachable remote lets me get creative.The multiple modes the Hohem M7 has makes this gimbal the best travel option for smartphone-based videographers. The AI tracking has been excellent with no hiccups in about 3 days of use. The battery life is great and is an afterthought while out in the field. The stabilization is very smooth and works great whether I am walking, running, or skateboarding. Even when running, the display is easily visible. It feels very comfortable in hand and feels well-built at the same time.I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to a friend. This is a great, easy-to-use tool for any videographer!

I was very impressed with this gimbal. I’ve had several gimbals before and this war by far the easiest to set up, the calibration was fast and simple. The app (Hohem Joy) offers short video tutorials so you can quickly get started.The iSteady M7 has a lot to offer! Some outstanding features to me are the:- The remote control is handy if you’re shooting alone. The screen image quality is decent and the AI real-time preview helps when you’re shooting with the rear camera. It has all the control options you need on it, namely the type of gimbal mode you want (Pan only follow, pan and tilt, POV (all 3 motors) and custom lock). The option to choose what the scrolling wheel does (focus, pan, roll, tilt, fill light, rgb). You can use the AI real time preview to select an object to focus by double tapping and triple tapping to unselect. Although doing that is easier on your big phone screen.- Reverse charging, it can charge your phone if it’s running low on battery while you’re filming- Tripod base and integrated extendable stick, they feel very sturdy, high quality product- The AI camera with the hand gestures. The tracking of the face works very well, there’s a small light indicator in front of the camera that tells you if the AI tracking is on or not (green/red colors). I was impressed by how nice it is at tracking and registering the hand gestures, if you go out of bounds of the camera vision and come back it’ll still keep on tracking you. This is perfect for solo shoots where you move around a lot. There are 4 different hand gestures: start AI tracking, stop tracking, reframing the shot, stop/start recording.- The AI tracker is also a light/rgb light that is pretty bright! You can adjust the light’s hue and intensity as well as the color if you’re using the RGB light. The scroll wheel on the side works well for this.- The wide angle feature allows you to quickly move the motor to the front of the phone so it doesn’t get in the way of the camera recording.- The rigid carrying case feels study and nice, it has a little loop on one side to hold on to.- The trigger on the back of the gimbal handle gives you quick access to the Locked motors mode and sports mode as well as the inception effect mode. It has many more features like Selfie mode, wide angle mode, etc.Overall, I am very impressed with the quality and amount of features packed in this gimbal.

El Gimbal trae las instrucciones completamente en Español, aunque la interfaz no se puede configurar en español, aunque tiene otros muchos como el inglés.Se nota la calidad de los materiales y de construcción, se ve robusto y no da sensación de fragilidad. Además, trae un maletín que lo protege perfectamente para los traslados.Las funciones son fáciles de utilizar y en con su aplicación va de maravilla. Ha mejorado la compatibilidad de algunas funciones con la cámara nativa del Apple, pero sigo prefiriendo utilizarla desde su aplicación.A mejorado las funciones de IA con respecto a la versión anterior, siendo más fácil usar los gestos y además añade seguimiento a objetos y animales.Los videos grabados en movimiento mejoran mucho gracias a la estabilización de la imagen que aporta. Y la batería dura todo un día de grabación, siendo muy rápido pasar del modo en espera a enfocar aquello que quieras grabar.Positivo:+ Compatibilidad con aplicaciones de foto del teléfono+ Incluye palo de selfie+ Control remoto y trípode para poder grabar y no depender de una persona+ Seguimiento de la imagen en movimiento gracias a la IANegativo:- Algo pesado

Ich nutze den Hohem iSteady M7 Gimbal mit meinem iPhone 13 Pro und einem Funkmikro von Boya und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Motoren sind stark und man kann das Smartphone gut balancieren. Mit dem Funk-Adapter fürs Miko schiebe ich das Telefon gern weit nach außen, dass ich die Empfängereinheit noch gut bedienen kann – da hilft die Möglichkeit der Balancefindung um die Motoren zu entlasten.Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Tracking, das ausgesprochen zuverlässig arbeitet und sogar ohne die Nutzung der App funktioniert. Ich habe die App bislang nicht einmal genutzt, da ich lieber mit der Standard-App im Kinomodus oder der Blackmagic-App arbeite. Per Standardeinstellung landet der Kopf idR. in der Bildmitte mit reichlich Platz nach oben (je nach Entfernung), jedoch lässt sich dies problemlos durch Neuausrichtung mittels Gesten anpassen – eine sehr praktische Funktion.Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Fernbedienung mit Bildschirm. Sie ist wirklich ein Gamechanger, da sie nicht nur einfach zu bedienen ist, sondern auch den Einsatz von zusätzlichen Geräten wie einer Apple Watch überflüssig macht. Gerade in dieser Preisklasse ist das ein großer Vorteil.Die Verarbeitungsqualität des Gimbals überzeugt ebenfalls. Das Material fühlt sich wertig an, und die Möglichkeit, die Achsen zu sperren, ist äußerst praktisch. Allerdings benötigt man etwas Eingewöhnung, um die Position der Knöpfe für die Achsensperrung intuitiv zu finden. Das ist wohl der Kompromiss, den man bei einem Gimbal mit vollem Bewegungsumfang eingehen muss, im Vergleich zu kleineren, zusammenfaltbaren Handy-Gimbals.Dafür punktet der Hohem iSteady M7 mit seiner vollen Beweglichkeit der Achsen und einer insgesamt sehr durchdachten Funktionalität.
