No more ink cartridges
First of all, I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with ink cartridges anymore. I like that this printer has actual ink reservoirs that you can fill up with bottles. I’ve only used it a couple of times, but I feel like this ink is going to last me forever. Super easy set up watching a YouTube video with step by step instructions. From what I’ve seen so far, the print quality is very, very good.

Works wonderfully
Setup ProcessThe initial setup was slightly confusing, but once I figured it out, it didn’t take very long to get everything up and running. The instructions could be a bit clearer, but with a bit of patience, I managed to complete the setup without major issues.Ink and PrintingOne of the major selling points of this printer is that it comes with ink included, which is a fantastic bonus. The printer claims that the ink will last up to 2 years before needing a refill. While I have only had the printer for a short period of time and cannot yet verify this claim, it is an impressive feature if true.Print QualityThe print quality is excellent. The prints come out beautifully, with sharp text and vibrant colors. It handles both documents and photos with ease, producing professional-quality results that I am very satisfied with.Wireless ConnectivityConnecting the printer to my computer via WiFi was straightforward, and it has been a game-changer. I no longer have to run any cords across the room, which keeps my workspace neat and organized. The wireless functionality works flawlessly, and I can print from anywhere in my home.Scanner and Printer OptionsI have used both the scanner and printer functions extensively, and both perform exceptionally well. The scanner produces high-quality scans quickly, and the printer operates efficiently without any issues.ConclusionOverall, the HP Smart-Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One Ink-Tank Printer is a fantastic investment for anyone needing a reliable, high-quality printer. Despite a slightly confusing setup process, the benefits far outweigh this minor inconvenience. The included ink, excellent print quality, wireless connectivity, and reliable scanning and printing functions make this a standout product. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a versatile and efficient all-in-one printer.

Pretty good so far
My last printer an HP inkjet suddenly died in the middle of a print job. I had it for about 10 years. When I went to look for another printer; Behold! They now have liquid ink!! The old ink jets are cheap because it looks like soon nobody will want one.So I got this one after a few hours of confusing research. All the HP’s I’ve had over the years have actually worked good. The problem has always been the HP software that goes with them. It either forgets who you are (time to reinstall) drops your login, (time to find that old password) of takes control of your computer and does weird stuff. (Time to think about other brands). But this one looked good and the little ink bottles sounded like a good idea – so here it is sitting in my office! Not all that easy to set up because the instructions are sketchy in spots. got help from YouTube. The liquid ink seems to work good and I would rate the print quality as very good.So far no software problems. It’s been only2 weeks. It is expensive for what you get but so far it works good.

Bad quality prints and slow printing time.
This is the worst hp printer that I’ve owned. It prints slow and the print quality is low. No matter what I print, the colors appear dull and dark. It’s very hard to see the details in pictures printed with this printer. I printed the same picture on my old hp printer to compare the two and ensure it wasn’t the photo quality that was causing the bad print quality, and final results were disappointing. My old printer produced a bright, crispy print within seconds. This printer produced a dull, dingy print that took forever to print. I’m not sure if the poor quality is a result of the ink quality or the printers limitations. I would not recommend this printer if you plan to print a quantity of color prints. If speedy isn’t important and you mostly print in black and white, then maybe you’ll like this printer. Beware though, even the black ink prints out looking dull.

So far so good
It works fine so far. The large capacity ink tanks are great. Connecting it to my computers was easy. Works at a reasonable speed, quiet and quality is good. The scanner works fine.

For the price, it needs a few things.
One of the print heads would not pick up. Not sure which one. Contacted HP, they agreed it was one of the heads. Send them back and they would replace or repair the defective one. Went ahead and ordered a set of better quality print heads and instead of waiting a month, they will be here in a couple days. I pray that is the problem other than that, it seems to be a decent printer. For the money it could have had auto scanning for printing both sides, front and back printing. The 7602 has it but for 309.99 plus tax. Will add to my review when the heads come in. I also wish the paper feed was in a tray in the front of the printer. The 7602 has that too.

Not so great at Photos
Ordered and received .. all good. Set up and print function was good. Attempted to print a photo and it was terrible. I aligned and cleaned the heads mulitiple times. Message finally came up that I needed a new cartridge. I’m thinking a brand new printer needs a new cartridge ??? If it needs a new cartridge shortly after purchase, what is the ong term ability of this unit. In the past I’ve been content with HP. Did send this one back and bought a different model HP and it works just fine. I think in sumation, the unit I got was not 100% but just be aware that it did happen.

Prints well and easy set-up.
So far so good. Have had rotten luck with printer throughout the years. This one is good.

This printer is more accurately characterized as an expensive, oversized paper weight. It literally struggles to print anything more than a simple document. Says it’s a weak internet connection but it is within feet of a router (and none of my other devices are having problems). Every time I have tried to use it, something has gone wrong. When it does print, it is incredibly slow. Today, I spent over an hour trying to print one scanned document, and had to give up. It’s too bad cause I was really excited about the Smart Tank. But if it won’t print…

After owning it for a couple years I am comfortable saying that I’ll never buy an hp printer again. Terrible wireless printing, always have to screw around getting it to work. Aweful print quality. Even after doing all the troubleshooting, alignment, best quality etc, it still prints patchy. Don’t waste money with hp.

Very light, not as robust as you may expect for the prices and for an HP product. The assembly is not as tight and it gives you the impression that there are some loose screws in a few spots.Slower than most printers. Not sure about the ink claims yet. Time will tell.Definitely not impressed for the money invested.

This printer was very easy to set up and connected immediately to the Internet without any help. The instructions were complete and even filling the ink tanks was easy and no mess. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was disappointed that this printer costing ,over $600.00, did not have automatic duplex feature like the cheaper jet-ink versions such as HP All-in-one Envy range.
