I love this flour. Not sure WHY it was packaged with my Boulder Chip order. A 5k bag in the same box with potato chips? All Damaged. Box ripped open.

My comments –
This is NOT semolina flour, it is standard wheat flour.
If you are looking to purchase semolina flour, this is NOT semolina. Semolina is a yellow coarse flour. This is a fine white flour. I usually use Caputo Semola flour but decided to try this. This is just standard white wheat flour, very disappointed.
