I love this 3/1 mixer/mercer. I made homemade tomato sauce for my spaghetti and it turned out so good. I can’t wait to froth up my creamer for my coffee. This equipment is easy to use not noisy, simple to clean and the buttons are easy to press.

Too powerful
I have been using this a week. It is actually too powerful. I fill my 20 oz cup at 18 oz and this thing will spill over on the lowest setting. I have to stir with it against the side to prevent it. It has spilled over with 12 oz in my cup. I like the strength.

When I received the package the seal was broken and upon inspection the handle and wisk have food all over it. Bought new but was sent a used product. The product does work, but beware.

This thing is super loud and runs like something is loose inside. It works well when it runs but it’s super bulky to handle .Seller contacted me a d shipped me a new product, turns out there was something loose in the first one, this one works perfect! Thank you!

It arrived in just 4 days, even though the first “guaranteed delivery date” was for 5 days.I say “so far”, because I’ve only used it once (whisk attachment), and it turned 6 eggs into an absolutely amazing souflée base in no time… it didn’t even work up a sweat.I’ll know more when I give it something “heartier” to work on – say, a smoothie from frozen fruit… but I predict it will do just as well with that. 🙂

I honestly had moderate expectations which were actually well surpassed. It works great! Is pretty, and is easy to clean. Love it!

Purchased a while ago, didn’t try until recently. Buyer beware it does NOT mix well at all, tried two other older hand blenders and they worked perfectly. Was mixing apple sauce and had plenty of liquid. It does blend but very slowly. My old blenders did it in 1/4 of the time. I’m sure other people have experienced the same problem with this hand blender.I do not like to give bad reviews, but feel people need to know about this. The base design has a lot of material missing compared to my old models, I believe that is probably why it mixes so slow.

Used for a couple of weeks and the motor gave up. Was only being used to prepare food for a baby, so everything was relatively soft already. Not recommended at all.Edit: changing the score as the customer service was outstanding and they provided a new one promptly.
