Heats compared to a griddle, I have made quesadilla’s, pizza, pancakes and the best is burger sliders. The meat was perfectly cooked and amazing. Easy to clean. Love the size, 4 regular burgers, large quesadilla, 3 med pancakes, 2 possible 3 grilled cheese. Love the functionality and easy to use.

Handy gadget.
No power switch or temp gauge , it’s either on or off. Bought it for the RV. We have a pizza stone we use in the oven that we love, and the RV doesn’t have an oven.It’s not a replacement for the stone, but it will decently heat a frozen pizza. Husband eats rising crust, and he says it’s okay. My gluten free pizza comes out pretty good. Pizza fits well. Top doesn’t seem to heat as much as bottom , but overall I’m happy with it. I like that it doesn’t take up too much storage space, and it’s also good at reheating French fries. Have used it with and without parchment paper – works well both ways. Clean up is obviously simpler with parchment paper.Takes about 2 minutes longer than what we were achieving in the oven at 425 degrees with the pizza stone. I think it’s a good value for the price.

My husband love this. He can cook his burgers for 10 mins In one side and another 10 mins in the flip side. And it cooked perfectly! I bought this as a Christmas gift for him.

I’ll be perfectly honest. I didn’t expect much from this appliance. Like a lot of kitchen gizmos, I wouldn’t have been surprised if after the first several uses, it was put on the shelf and never plugged in again. I would have been wrong!I already have at least four ways to cook a pizza, either made from scratch or from store-bought frozen, or simply reheating leftover pizza: A conventional gas oven, an electric countertop Smart Oven with a pizza stone, a large electric skillet with a glass lid, an electric convection oven with a pizza stone, and several brands of multi-functional air fryer/indoor grills. So this purchase was to just see how well the Chefman Pizza Maker thing worked—hopefully better than all those other devices. I was very skeptical.Not anymore! My first test was a frozen 12-inch Safeway Signature Thin Crust Supreme Pizza. I deviated from the box instructions by letting the pizza thaw to room temperature before cooking. I sprayed olive oil on the non-stick bottom plate—do not use aerosol sprays, as the propellant can damage the non-stick surface!—, waited for the green light, then dropped in the pizza. 10 minutes later, there was a perfectly cooked pizza with a crunchy crust and lightly browned toppings; I could barely believe my own eyes. Boy, was it good!What? You’re surprised a frozen Safeway Signature Thin Crust Pizza was good? Believe me, it was delicious! As for the Chefman, despite my pre-biased skepticism, it made a perfectly cooked pizza, rivaling, or besting, any of my other appliances. PLUS, nothing could have been easier and simpler. Plug it in, wait for the green light, drop in the pizza, cook for an appropriate amount of time, then enjoy! How can you beat that?Two thumbs up!

My husband wanted this since he loves making homemade pizza. The dough comes out so amazingly crispy and cooks everything to perfection! It is very easy to use and even easier to clean! We highly recommend this product!

I would have rated this a 5 however find it does not heat the top of the pizza like I personally prefer and bottom cooks fast. But I love a crispy bottom and this handy appliance delivers that. Reheating in oven or toaster oven is not the best so found putting it under broiler works for me as the bottom from the chef man is already close to being overdone. I very much recommend this handy item and can’t wait to try other things like wraps. Enjoy!
