Great convection toaster oven – Wouldn’t be without one!
+ Convection (that’s how an air fryer works but toaster oven is much more compact and also makes your toast :-)+ Durable (we’ve had 3 and only replaced once they’re so dirty it’s ridiculous never stopped working!)+ Good looking+ Reasonably priced

Best buy for your buck
This is my second time I bought this product. It lasted for a very long time and it was still working when I gave it away. I just wanted a new one because eventually the toaster was not toasting evenly. The bottom toasted fine but the top was too light. The rest of the oven was working perfectly. I just like toast in the morning so this was my excuse to get another toaster oven made by the same company. It beats having to clean a regular standard size oven in my kitchen when this one is so handy to use and less trouble to keep up.

An excellent value (refurbished) with one major annoyance
A Consumers magazine gave this toaster oven a high rating and I agree: It does a terrific job toasting bread and other oven features are easy to use (it has a convenient countdown timer…a major plus). Convection works on bake or broil (though its impact is modest). This appliance is just the right size. So, what’s the issue? No &^%$ light! You can’t see what’s happening inside the oven unless you shine in a flashlight. This is very annoying. So, is it worth saving $100 over in internal light issue? My vote is yes but I can’t believe Cuisinart tries to sell this new at $180 w/o an internal light. Refurbished is the only way this is worth purchasing. // Mine came with a broken foot as well. 5 min epoxy and it’s good as new.

Love My Cuisinart Toaster Oven
After our toaster oven of many years bit the dust, I coveted a fancy new oven that had multiple capabilities, but didn’t want to pay up to four hundred dollars. So, I kept looking and found this refurbished Cuisinart TOB-135FR. The research was time consuming. My old model number was higher, did that mean this was an older model? What is the FR, and is it better than the plain 135? After deciding that this oven was a good fit, I ordered what looked like a brand new toaster oven with broiler pan set and instruction/recipe booklet, and began using it right away. It’s bigger inside than my older Cuisinart, and taller, with a similar footprint. Pretty much use it daily. (I do pull oven away from the wall and plug prior to use.) Baked brownies a few times, they came out perfect. Finally got the toasting down, place bread and bagels in the baking position: 3 for bagels, 4 for toast is just right for us. Baked tater tots at 425 degrees, and they are awesome! It can handle any temperature while maintaining even heating. Reheating is a breeze. The dial and buttons are intuitive, so easy to use. Love the Timer – Auto Shutoff feature. Noticed complaints about print rubbing off. However, the labels on my oven are now above the buttons, which according to stock photos is an update. I don’t use harsh cleansers, so nothing is rubbing off. This continues to be a great purchase!Update April 2022: My refurbished toaster oven still works great; use it just about every day. Heating is even, and with the help of an oven liner, the interior has stayed nice. Exterior also looks great. Hopefully, I’ll have it for many more years.

Toast, bake, air fry via convection function
This is a fabulous product! Consumer Reports reviewinfluenced my decision to buy it. So glad that I accepted their recommendation. So far used toast, bagel, bake, reheat with and without convection. All work great. Just wish that the toast level scale had mere steps than the seven available because using 3 makes toast lighter than we want and 4 makes darker than we like. Same scale issue problem in toast and bagel function. The precision of the convection bake and bake functions are fabulous though!

Arrived with a broken foot.
Decent toaster oven, but not “like new” by any stretch of the imagination. I don’t intend on going through all the hassle of returning this and waiting for a different one to arrive, so it’s super glue until a replacement part gets here.First time I’ve order a refurbished item from Amazon and will be the last.

Definitely Not For Broiling
We had two problems with this toaster oven.1. It is advertised as “stainless still” but it is only half true. Stainless still is outside only. Almost everything inside is aluminum (all the internal walls, baking/dripping pan and crumb tray are all aluminum). By the way, from the health standpoint it’s a bad idea to bake on aluminum. A silicone liner is definitely required.2. It is advertised as “easy to clean” but after broiling just two times it was absolutely impossible to clean it with sudsy water and nylon brush/sponge as the user manual instructs. And the whole interior Just after two times broiling looks old and neglected. Everything that burned in during the broiling may possibly be cleaned with abrasive materials only, which is not “easy clean” at all. My strong opinion, with those aluminum parts the toaster oven is not suitable for broiling.Bottom line. If there were no broiling involved the product is good but for a lower price. Because of those reasons, I returned it to the seller.

Huge upgrade from standard toaster ovens
The key to this toaster is the digital timer. You can set your toasting level from light to dark using the timer and get very consistent results. Better yet, the timer can be set on bake for over an hour (I forget what the max time is). We use it to bake potatoes, which I would never have tried using a standard toaster oven.
