Better than I thought it would be
First off, this is much more efficient at ironing and economical for space than I ever imagined. This takes up a small footprint when stored (especially when you consider what a regular iron and board occupy). Since this folds up and rolls around it is really pretty easy to just tuck away in a laundry room – and I am pretty certain I will get rid of my regular iron and board.It came well packed, and was easy to assemble. This instructions were suitable, but a bit odd – just takes a bit of thinking but most of it is straight-forward. There are 2 rods used to reinforce the board after assembly, but these were not depicted in the instructions or parts list at all – we figured it out. After a bit of trying things you figure out all you need for compact storage and setting up for use.The actual function is pretty much as expected. It does a great job in both steam and dry modes, and the flexibility of hanging makes for ease in all ironing tasks. We didn’t quite understand the red light on the iron itself, but it seems to come on after the iron has been used enough to get hot. The iron functions just fine in steam or dry mode, but the light isn’t on – then suddenly it is on (I guess until the tool cools).One other note, it is probably best to take out the water tank when moving the steamer around, as water will tip out the top. Overall great product that improves quality of the task and the added benefit of easy, efficient storage.

Cheap quality, PVC hose
Made of cheap, low quality materials. On top of that, it has a PVC rubber hose (not regular rubber). This means it will be releasing toxic fumes while steaming. I returned the steamer.

Heats up fast
This machine makes my life so much easier and it works good.So I can iron and steam my cloths in one spot andI love how I just fold it up and it’s out of my way.Also it heats up Instantly and I love fast .This is one of those things that we need in our livesRecommend.

Short Life
This one didn’t last long. Only used distilled water in the tank as recommended and only got maybe 2 months use. The steam adjustment was a nice feature but the attached ironing surface was in the way whether secured closed or fully opened. The ironing surface area was a little small for a full size garment. Unfortunately for me I did not open the item to use until my other unit finally gave out. I ordered this one simply because of the variable steam feature. It is too late to return. I will be ordering another of my old standard to replace this one. Our family owned a Professional/Commercial dry cleaners and laundry for all my life so my expectations may differ from other individuals but this product did not meet the standard, not even close.

Game changer
I always dry clean but having this has cut my dry cleaning bill in half. The steamer works well. Its easy and kinda fun to use. Price is kinda high but in my opinion worth it . Assembly is painless. Stows away easily too. Should have had this years ago

Love this steamer!
This teamer is just perfect! It holds a large amount of water to be able to steam / iron a good amount of clothing. This is specially crucial for me as Mom of little ones with school and sports uniforms, pjs, bathing suits, + all the extra clothing that gets dirty in between. Absolutely love that it has a pull out iron table that can be tucked in when I only need the steaming feature. Love it!

It is very easy to use
detailed instructions on how to assemble and simply put together. the assembled steamer takes up almost no space. it is light enough and can be stored in a closet. it takes about half a minute for the steamer to start working. I would like a larger ironing board.
