I bought this phone after reading the reviews. After having the phone on for 5 minutes it started resetting itself. Initially I thought it was the appsaling it do that would would still make the product defective but after receiving a replacement the next day, I experienced the same situation and was able to identify that started when I attempted to connect to my wifi. I shut offy wifi and the phone still processed the same process resetting itself and not returning to theain page. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to this phone.

great sound on ringers
As far as sound and apps are great but, Had to make a trip to wall mart to pick up a replacement sim card to transfor phone over to Straight Talk . then about 3 hrs to connect to straight phone system. Turns out the phone was from T mobile . so it took quite some time on phone so that ( straight talk) tachnical support. to achieve programing on Phone .
