Amazing
Excellent resource for students and teachers. A must have if you want to teach a balanced approach between online dictionaries and hard copies.

Good but poor quality of the product
Brought for my son.. Received the book and as soon as we open it the book spine fell apart. Just as the previous reviews has mention. I was able to fix the books spine.. I used to work in the college library in the receive and process room i know to fix a broken book spine. However manufacturers will need to used a better and durable glue for the book this size.

Worst Piece Of Trash Ever.
I purchased a dictionary for a family member that is incarcerated. He was so excited to have this dictionary as he is a writer. He was soooooo happy to get this book.NOW IT IS STRAIGHT UP DISAPPOINT. Seriously people. Why would you SEND HIM TRASH? WHY ?The dictionary started coming apart the first time he used it. He said to me don’t worry, it’s alright.Well heck no ! It is not alright. It is all wrong.NOW THE WHOLE BOOK IS ALL IN PIECES.The binding is WORTHLESS and the PAGES ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE.I wish it were possible to to take a picture and send it. Because of where he is, I cannot. The worst PIECE OF TRASH EVER !!!!If it were possible to give a minus 5, I would.

Love It
This book is perfect. Great colors and I love that the definition of a word AND the synonyms are all in the same space; the synonym (thesaurus entries) are just shaded. Love it. Easy and fast access to a world of words.

Received a very good and brand new book from cocoblu Retail. It’s a very essential book. It’s very useful for learner’s , students and those who loves English language. It gives definitions, examples, pronunciations for all words, synonyms, antonyms, irregular verb forms etc. Pronunciation is given for all three forms of irregular verbs (present, past and past participle. For example; Show – Showed – Shown. Pronunciation is given for these three). Letters are legible / not too big or not so small. Papers and printing are very good. Hardcover book is the best. Mass Market paper back books are low-cost but letters are too small to read. I have both. I recommend Hardcover.

I bought this to have by my reading chair as I read a lot of American fiction and have to say I’m a little disappointed so far. Yes, it feels well-built and durable, the print is a good size and the pages are thick but it’s slightly larger (see below for dimensions) than the Concise Oxford English Dictionary I have by my computer and only has 1/4 of the entries (60,000 compared to 240,000). Far too often, I’m having to refer to the COED later in the day to find out what a word means. It’s entirley my own fault, I should have compared the information beforehand. My advice is, unless you have a specific need to buy this, to plump for the Oxford Concise dictionary. It’s slightly smaller and the paper is thinner but it is a far better dictionary. This: 17.02 x 5.84 x 23.88 cm : 992 pages : 60,000 EntriesCOED 16.51 x 5.59 x 24.13 cm : 1728 pages : 240,000 Entries
