This cable was bought to hook my sound bar up to a subwoofer. I made the decision to buy a sound bar that had a output jack built in, and No Bluetooth hookup. Bluetooth hookups fail,all the time, and then you’re S.O.L. I worked at an electronics service center, and Bluetooth connector circuits fail miserably. I plugged this into my sound bar, and connected my subwoofer. Works Great..!

Great for mobile MIDI keyboard setup! Converts phone/laptop/stereo output to amp or pedals.
I’ve been putting together a mobile MIDI keyboard workstation for my iPhone. I needed a way to run an Akai MPK Mini though effects pedals and amp using 3.5mm stereo output via lightning usb adapter, hub, and soundcard.Naturally lots of audio equipment uses an unbalanced mono signal so I figured this cable might do what I needed it to. It really does sound GREAT! No strange background humming or hissing at all. Simply pure, clean mono audio. Not sure if the cable has resistors inside as a proper stereo to mono summing cable would have, but this one does the job perfectly.Having a 1 year warranty is an awesome bonus as well, the cable seems to be constructed very well so hopefully I won’t have to use it!

1/4″ Mono to 1/8″ stereo
I needed this cable to pick up signal from the 1/4″ out of a guitar pedal and send it directly to the 1/8″ in of my headphones. Works perfectly, and it allows me to practice without making others suffer.There might be other similar applications. Just be sure to note that it is 1/4″ Mono to 1/8″ stereo – as advertised.
