Sticks and lock are very flimsy.
A great size and I really like how much it holds. We can fit it right up beside the bathroom door for towels and it holds a lot. I really like the removable bag and handle. The wheels are nice and work okay.The slide lock to tighten the mesh bag broke almost immediately, and one of the sticks that holds the thing upright broke shortly after. I tried to secure it back together with tape but it wasn’t working, so I ended up replacing the stick with a fiberglass rod instead. It’s a nice dark grey (which was the only color they had at the time I bought it, they have other colors now) so it’s unintrusive.

Much Needed
I received my hamper the other day and set it up right away. All items were there and in excellent condition, (mesh bag, poles, etc.) This is a Great Hamper. Color is nice, Fabric is just as any other laundry bag only a bit thicker, So easy to set up, and fits pretty much anywhere. The wheels seem to be sturdy and the little lock on one of the wheels is nice so it doesn’t just move around if you don’t want it to, and when not locked rolls nicely even over carpet. The mesh bag is a bit thin, so I don’t yet know how long it will hold up if stuffing the bag full and using it to carry all of the laundry to and from multiple times, but it is certainly nice to have and be able to use for delicates in the washer to keep them from getting tangled up. All in all, it is a nice space saver hamper and suits my needs. I’m very pleased with it.

Easy for guests
Nobody wonders where the laundry hamper is with this hamper. Maybe a little TOO obvious if you ask me.I’d like the handle to be more than a snap button, as it comes apart when pulling so not too sturdy. The shape of it is sturdy enough to hold laundry when it’s full. And it’s easy to pull. Its best feature is the shape and size allows it to fit in small spaces. But you really want to make it heavier so you can lift the net bag out without the whole thing moving. Not quite 5 stars.

Updated review!! Caroeas XX-Large Laundry Baskets 27″ Tall, and 27″ slim baskets.
Updated review: I contacted the manufacturer, and although it did take them 4 days to contact me, that actually did!! I did NOT do a return. They quickly saw the problem (I supplied photos) and said they would send out a replacement. Awesome. Had no idea how long the replacement would take to get here, kinda figured weeks. But it arrived in 2 days! I’m very pleased and very impressed with the customer service provided for these baskets.Also, I added a few more pics, and if you get a basket that looks wonky, and not square, the wire hoop around the top moves. Just play around with moving the fabric over the hoop and it will ‘pop’ or move and eventually you will get it squared up and looking nice. Now all I need is to steam these to get the wrinkles out (another Amazon purchase, as I do not have a steamer).I ordered the large basket to use as a plastic bottle recycle bin, and to replace the round pop-up basket I was using. To look nicer and to build a recycle station with a row of matching products. I also ordered three of the 27″ slim baskets as well.This basket/bin is a rectangle, not square, but close enough. And it matches the 27″ slim, rectangle baskets in length, height and color, so when all are in a row, side by side, it looks much nicer than the mismatched set of bins I was using for recycling. (Plastic bottles and jugs, plastic bags – (recycle at stores), aluminum cans and paper). It works great for the lightweight plastic bottles that I fill it with.The bases/bottoms are stiffened with a very thin board sewn in-between two layers of material and it is flexible and won’t hold much weight, and should you be ruff with the bottom it will snap, especially at the corners – as the wheels are a bit small and don’t spread out the weight over the bottom of the basket well at all. But for my use, it’s perfect.The three matching-colored slim baskets I received do match and DO NOT have Laundry printed on them. I really wish the large basket didn’t have laundry on it either, but I keep that turned towards the wall. And, yes, actually I do have these in my livingroom where everyone can see them :/ , no other space in my house for a recycle station, so I’ve made do the best I can. Recycling cuts down on how full my garbage bin gets, and I never get an overfilled/oversize (open lid) charge.However, one of the 3 slim baskets arrived with a broken corner and is not usable. I contacted the manufacturer as ask in the paperwork inside the product, and after 3 days I still have not heard a thing back. So, I will do a return and get a refund and order another, hoping it arrives undamaged.

Does not hold up well
I bought two of these to replace the ones I currently have in my home. They fit great under the vanity area of my sink/counterspace where a stool/chair would traditionally go in your bathroom. You can easily fit three of these tall and slim ones there – which was my main purpose in trying to get these. I bought these at the end of February and now, at the end of May, both are falling apart.The mesh inside these hampers are VERY thin and will NOT hold up to medium or heavy loads if you try to take the bag itself out of the hamper. I feel like they would tear if I pulled too hard trying to lift it out of the hamper….which is fine, since they have wheels so I rolled them to my laundry room instead. The wheels are ok, works on carpet and is at a good height to be pulled without having to bend over to reach the pull handle sewn into the side. The bad part about pulling it, however, was now the whole hamper had to shoulder the weight of the laundry pre and post wash (I throw all the laundry in and the mesh bag and then, after the dryer, take out the bag to place back in, and then fill the basket with the now-clean laundry to dump onto my bed to fold). One of the bars that hold up the sides of the hamper has broken from being pulled back and forth and the others have bent from the loads in one hamper and the sides of the other hamper are starting to wear thin. The material of the hampers were already pretty flimsy and papery feeling before being used…I am surprised that there aren’t more holes in these. It is thicker than paper, but does not quite have a fabric-like feel to it. I would return them if I was still in the window to do so. I really wanted to like the height, slimness, and wheeled design…but if I cant fill the hampers up to the top with clothes and have it function well over time, then what’s the point of the taller design? One basket was used for towels or thicker items like jeans and pants and the other for everyday clothes. I do not pack them in, but I DO fill it up.

It works well before adding clothes. The wheels no longer work after a few months of use and I am just dragging the nonmovable wheels across my floor.

Bought this for our daughter for college and so glad we did! The shape is perfect for small spaces but still big enough to fit a weeks worth off cloths in! Also, the net bag that fits around it is great for her to carry her clothes to and from the laundry room.
