Great little appliance
Bought one of these 15 years ago, finally worn it out after using it every day. Got a replacement because this works great for making breakfast. Add an egg, some egg whites and some veggies for a fast breakfast. Works great for heating up hotdogs as well.

The best small appliance!
I will never be without one in my kitchen again! It can be used in so many different ways that I use mine daily. I cook everything from muffins to grilled cheese to Pillsbury cinnamon rolls and biscuits. They have a bit of a different texture but SO much better when cooking for one person without heating up the entire kitchen.

Worked great for a while…
Bought this in January of this year, I was so excited that this kitchen gadget was available again, even though it wasn’t the original manufacturer. It worked great for a while. My last omelet was a little on the crispy side, so I was getting concerned about the heating element. Then today it actually caught fire! The photo above is it sitting on our patio. Luckily I was able to get it outside before the smoke detectors figured out what was going on. It didn’t even last a year! My last one by the original manufacturer lasted years. This one is now in the trash. Very disappointed.

RedCopper 5 minute electric frying pan
I use this little guy EVERY DAY to cook an egg, sausage and cheese omelet. I know it sounds boring to do the same thing every day, but, it is so quick, easy and satisfying – if it ain’t broke, why fix it? So, I bought this one to replace one I had for 3 years or so. The old one started to over cook on one side and then started to lose the non-stick. Now, remember, I use this gadget every day. When I bought the old one it was closer to $30, so, when this new one was twice as much, I truly hesitated because of the short life of the old one. (like 3 years or so) Then I realized that I put this gadget to the test using it so much and decided it was worth the additional money. It is easy to use, cooks a mean omelet, easy to clean, small enough to tuck away on the counter. It cooks 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties (chopped up) and then at the end a slice of cheese to top it off (melts in seconds). The omelet comes out so thick and fluffy – perfection – every time! You can do so much more with this little guy and I have no doubt it will perform like it should.
