Great pot! Perfect size and solid pot
The family is so excited for hot pot meals!I was initially worried about the description 7” base….thinking it was going to be small. Honestly this pot is perfect and much bigger than I was expecting.The pot is solid and each half is perfect for the broth. No leakage because it’s seamless. Very easy to clean. Used it twice already.First time, we boiled the broth in the hot pot. That took awhile but I think it helps to use the lid (next time!)If you feel like your broths are unevenly boiling…check your water level if it’s even. We also noticed that certain broths heat up quicker than others.Second time use, we pre boiled some water on the stove and poured it into our hot pot, then put the broth mix in to let it boil again. This method was quicker than waiting for water to boil at the table. It also depends what heat device you use and should factor that in.Otherwise, lots of fun hot pot meals and family is happy. I ordered a set for my parents after finding success through this.

It cooks great!
I love this cooker. I can take it out on the patio if I want. That is if you have power source on the patio. I made spaghetti sauce in it the first time I used it. Easy to clean and store but pretty enough to leave on the counter. Great buy!

I bought this to cook codfish in my front porch because I did not want the whole house smelling like codfish. it works great. it was 50 degrees and it still boiled the water I am impressed and happy.

Good looking pot
Very nice looking pot. Easy to use .But temperature is hard to control as very sensitive. Once UT sense hit enough then will stop .. if using for hotpot, always have yo adjust to let it keep boiling.

Not as Advertised
Ordered the 5.3QT electric “induction” hot pot. But this is not induction at all. Beware. Induction cooktops use electromagnetic coils to heat your pot. Induction cooktops do not get hot to the touch. That’s what makes them so special. This is not that. I turned it on without the pot and the surface immediately started warming up. If you look under the cooktop you’ll see the radiant heat coils. This is deceptive advertising and this brand should be avoided at all costs until they produce a product that is accurate to the description or they change their listing. The pot also came with scratches and chips in the coating.
