Excellent Oven – Exceptional Customer Service
Took us a long time to decide on a new toaster oven. Different modes, sizes and prices.Came upon this oven and ordered it at a great price.This is a solid unit, no cheaply made and everything about it is great. You do have to play around with the settings to get to where you want your food cooked.The oven looks very modern on my counter and the French doors are great. I looked in YouTube for some cooking instructions and found many that helped.One thing to get used to is that whatever is being cooked, cooks at a shorter time because the oven heats up and disperses the heat quick.I cooked chicken wings on the “Chicken” setting, not the “wings” setting, lowered the pre-set heat to 360 and they came out incredible.A HUGE feature is the light, not many have lights where you can see the food and it’s progress.I had a small issue with mine and I reached to to the manufacturer. I received an immediate response and they continued to stay in touch until the issue was resolvedOutstanding customer service.I highly recommend this toaster oven.

I purchased this air fryer through Amazon and a week ago it stopped working.The information to locate you and send a response to get help is clearly written on the brochure that was included in the packaging and easy to find.I wrote an email and received a quick response. I sent the requested information and got another quick response. I received the new air fryer about 3 days later.I had planned to write Amazon to let them know how cooperative and helpful you have been. Love the multi-layer cooking and the mash tray
It’s been great to cook with this product. I especially love the multi-layer design. This design also made the product taking up less counter space. Also, the accessories, including the mesh basket, wire rack, drip tray and crumb tray, are just great. The crumb tray holds up all the crumbs or oils dripping down, and mesh basket works great. The mesh basket holds food well and helps circulation, which makes food ready faster Finally, the french door is a plus. In all, have been very pleased with the product.

Looks great but seemed to not cook evenly.. customer service good
I was trying to air fry small sized keto bagel type of food on 2 trays.. top tray got hot and dark brown very fast in 6 min. Lower tray was still barely baked.. good thing I was watching.. I had to flip top/ bottom trays for another 4 min. After that, the bottom of the bagels were still not cooked.. so I flipped the bagels and air fryed again for 3 min. a piece per tray. Too much gymnastics to get it right. Not sure why… seems that the unit is cute but too small and the top air fry shelf is too close to the heater and is a broiler essentially? No help from manufacturer.. goes to voicemail! So, I returned to Amazon!PS.. after I returned the french door type unit, the manufacturer’s customer service reached out to me via email and offered me a more typical basket type air fryer for free to try out. This basket type air fryer, I must say does a great job with veggie fries and keto ‘rice’ balls… so, I guess customer follow-up is good and the basket type fryer is good also.

Get it. It is better than most other air fryers I’ve used.
I love having the button in the front. My mother is 70 and has to sit most of the time. So this a plus. ( a lot of touch button air fryers have the buttons on top, thinking we are all TALL people LOL) It is MUCH more quite than our previous air fryer. Also seems to cook better somehow. All I know is, it is great. Give it a try. Trust me if it is bunk you’ll know within it’s return time. Ours is holding strong and awesome. We use it multiple times a day. I cook potatoes. Chicken Tenders. Really everything that can fit. 🙂 Good product.

Revised review! Died after less than 4 months
Revised review:After contacting the manufacturer I was sent a new unit within a few days! Can’t beat a responsive customer service team.Loved it, until it died during my lunch today. Received it on 9/15/2024 and it stopped working on 01/09/2025.It cooked faster than another air fryer we have had, very even and didn’t sound like a turbo engine. The ease of use of the controls was a 6 out of 10, but not a deterrent for me. Easy to clean and nice enough looking to have it on the counter.Did I just get a lemon or is the new “longevity “ of items we purchase?

This is a simple a practical unit
I am an older single person on a fixed income and just need something simple and inexpensive. This unit fits the bill. There is nothing fancy about this air fryer. You set the temperature and cook time and follow the recipes. It’s been less than a month, but I’ve had zero problems so far. It is easy to use, easy to clean. My only complaint is the digital commands and read outs are a bit sub par. But, all in all, for the price point I have been satisfied so far.
