Cleaner house, less work, great product
I already have a wonderful high end vac that generates enough suction to rip carpets off the floor but it doesn’t get used often enough because it’s heavy to drag around and the cord isn’t long enough to reach the whole house (1400 sq ft ranch). So this little cordless vac was intended to be used for touchups in between deep cleans with the big vac. But it does so well that it is becoming the primary vacuum around here.I assumed it would have limited cleaning power but it does fine picking up dust, dirt, and pet hair. Easy to empty out the dirt cup and clean the filter so I expect it will continue to perform well. It has also exceeded my expectations in terms of how long the battery lasts. On the low setting, I can easily clean the whole house on one charge (about 30-40 minutes active). The high setting is good for about 20-30 minutes. Low does fine at picking up daily dust/dirt on hard floors and touching up our flat weave rugs. High grabs most stuff out of our high pile welcome mats (without sucking them into the machinery).Maneuverability is great as this is a streamlined vac with a narrow head to get into corners, between chair legs, and under all furniture easily. It’s so light weight that my back doesn’t ache after using it.Bottom line, it does a good enough job and is so easy to use that I’m vacuuming several times a week (rather than once a week with the big vac). Cleaner house, less work!

5 stars HOWEVER…..
So far, so good. Suction power is great. I like the design and the weight of it. Hand held is easy to detach and the attachments for it are thoughtfully designed. However….the charging station is NOT so thoughtfully designed. It’s flimsy and lightweight and when you try to lift the vacuum off of it for use, it wants to come up off the floor with it. I wish it had come with a wall mount. I don’t keep my vacuums just sitting out…I like to keep them stowed away out of sight. Most of us have tight closet space, so getting in there to try and put my foot on the base while lifting the vacuum up is awkward. I certainly don’t want to screw it to the floor, so securing it to the wall seems a better option, but for the fact there was no wall mount. My handy SO built a simple shelf, screwed the shelf to the wall a few inches off the floor and then screwed the charger base to the shelf. Now I can fit my upright corded vacuum under the shelf and still be able to close the closet door. Pain in the ass….on the bright side, I have a decent new cordless vac for light cleaning and I’m happy with it….so far.

Low hassle,in-between vacuum
Great product overall. Great suction. Bare floors, it will suck dirt in that’s small enough before even passing directly over it. Not so strong that it sucks up rubber backed small area rugs into the brush roll. Handles it all from bare floor to cut pile carpet. No option to shut off brush roll completely which sometimes results it a few things being pushed out the back before vac has a chance to suck it up. You will also need some dexterity. Vac has some resistance when trying to lift it off the charge station. Also like another review mentions, emptying the dirt cup is a bit figity…hand held removes from the main brush roll handle, and then the dirt cup tilts away from the handheld motor. Then you have to remove the filter assembly, dump the dirt and wipe the screen part of the filter (I use a dollar store microfiber cloth with a drop or two of water, cleans right up). Also filter emptying is mostly a two handed operation and it’s easy to turn motor on accidentally while trying to manipulate the housing to empty dirt. Cannot attest to the brush roll “hair cutter” as I really don’t have that concern. Main handle on/off switch is a slide that’s level with the handle housing and a bit stiff yet oddly the hand held only on/off is a much easier push button. Another oddity is the bright white charge light on the handle. It’s SUPER bright and blinks off and on while charging, something that may be annoying if left to charge in a frequently used room. It does shut off automatically after it’s charged. For me, these are very minor gripes because overall it a great little vacuum. But someone that may have dexterity issues or for older folks that don’t have any hand strength, this might not be the vacuum you are looking for. Durability/reliability remains to be seen, haven’t had it long enough to tell but no issues so far. Overall a great vacuum and I would definitely recommend, especially as a convenient in between main vacuuming cleanings

Almost a year in…
I bought this little vacuum almost a year ago and it has been outstanding in my busy home. We have all hard floors with various rugs, but no high pile, 3 little boys, on a ranch and this little lightweight vacuume does it all! I’m very impressed with how long it runs, however not usually for the whole house on high, and what it picks up is impressive. It has a very short run from head to dust pan so clogs are easily remedied. The detachable hand vac is so handy and used a lot for us. I also appreciate the charging station as it’s easy to use and stores all the attachments. For what I paid and the use we have already had I think it’s a great value. I have had a few of types of stick vacs, but this is by far my favorite.

Whats not to like… Very well designed & practical. From cannister to power head its simplicity is its strength…lightweight, powerful & easy to maintain. Only knock is it takes 2 steps to empty the cannister. But the fact it empties so clean & easy makes up for it.

I absolutely love this vacuum! I have bought many different ones and glad I found this one. I was looking for something that was cordless and easy to move around and especially to get my stairs. I live in a townhome with 3 levels (hardwood floors) so having a big and heavier corded vacuum was such a pain but with this vacuum it’s so easy! I vacuum multiple times a day as I have toddler+baby and two pets. The suction has two settings, both work good. I never have an issue with the battery life but I do vacuum everyday. Easy to clean and it came with an extra filter! Also comes with the extra handheld tools to pick up what the upright can’t reach. I would definitely recommend (I would even buy a second vacuum!)

The price is high but you get what you pay for. This is such a good stick vac with really good power. Way too powerful on high to vacuum a rug at my front door but low power worked great.Usually I don’t need to run it on high power and it does a great job at sucking up all the cat hair that floats around my house like little balls of tumbleweeds. The hand vac is amazing too and I use it to suck up all the cat fur that ends up on my stairs. I have a Ragdoll and the fur is fine and floaty – IYKYK. This has really helped to keep the fur and mess my kids make at bay, keeping my floors so much cleaner. This is also so easy to use that my young kids can just take it off the charging base and return it easily to charge. I love that they don’t have to fiddle with plugging it in. Really, nobody has any excuse to not vacuum messes when it’s so easy to grab and vacuum. Even the filter is washable so you don’t have to find replacements for it. Love it so much and it’s totally worth the price!

This is an amazing vacuum cleaner. The light weight hides the fact that it works very well. I have tried a few others, and nothing beats this one. Having four dogs, including a shedding happy German Shepard, I needed a vacuum that could take the hair around the house. This one does, and I would not hesitate to get the same again, should I need one.
