Small but works good
I like the smaller size toaster that doesn’t take up much space. Not for larger size pieces of bread but works fine for regular size slices.

Not really as sturdy as I’d like
The toaster was fine, but the trays that hold the toast are not as sturdy as I’m used to. It seems to be made on the cheap.

Doesn’t take up counter space
Looks so cute. Doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. The heat level is a plus cause sometimes I don’t want burnt toast. Mom loves it for her English muffins.

Caught on fire
After one month of using this a few times a week at the most… one day while in use it decided to catch on fire. I heard a pop noise and turned around to see a big spark like a lightening bolt and then boom it blew up almost and burst into flames! We had to turn of the braker to unplug it and toss it outside onto the porch. I call amazon and all they say is thanks for the feedback. While my kids could have been very hurt they say thanks for the feedback? Then they ask for a photo of proof as if while it was on fire my first thought was to grab my phone?! They’re so ridiculous and this is exactly why I’ve canceled my prime subscription and will never buy from them again. They lost a customer that spends at least 1000 a month on average with them over a cheap toaster! I’m sick of getting faulty products as well! I should have given up on Amazon years ago! I’ve wasted so much money with this fraudulent company!

Slots too narrow
It’s very light weight. We like bagels but slots too narrow. No pop up button. Didn’t like the one control.Should have upgraded. Looks ok

Gets the job done
Simple, small, and sleek toaster. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. It is light weight and easy to use. Turn the knob to your desired heat level, push down the lever and you are good to go. The lever pops up and my toast comes out perfectly brown every time. The toaster works pretty fast and when I’m done it’s easy to clean and safe to store away.

Ya get what ya pay for
Good-cheap, smallBad-does not toast both sides evenly. One side of waffle very brown the other side almost soggy. When i toasted a second set of bread, even on setting 2.5, it was burnt. Glad I didn’t spend much on this. I need to get a different one.
