This machine is excellent! Making bread & pizza is so easy now!
This machine mixes, kneads, and facilitates the dough rising process without having to remove your dough from the bowl. I do not have a kitchen that is conducive to doing a lot of cooking, so it was the perfect machine for me. I can now make professional breads and pizza with great ease. You will have to get used to determining the correct amount of kneading as well as the appropriate time for rising on each recipe. It is more efficient than if you tried to do it by hand, or with a mixer & dough hook. The way that it kneads makes it easy to see if you have added the correct amount of water. If there’s too much or too little water, it will not tumble correctly while kneading.

As easy as advertised
I sometimes expect products advertised as “easy” to be more complicated than they look on the Amazon page. I was pleasantly surprised by this dough maker. It’s practically plug and play. Everything is as advertised. It’s fun to find recipes online, (no recipe booklet included), and try them out. Since the hard work and time consuming part of the baking process is taken care of, it’s easy to try new stuff in the kitchen. I highly recommend this over the mixing bowl with dough hooks method of making dough. No issues for us so far.

Does not work as advertised
This item sucks the paddle keeps jumping of the stem the coating on the paddle is coming off I tried to put paddle back on but the dough had gotten in to the hole it was easier and quicker to finish the dough by hand

I don’t have to knead the dough ever in my life. It is so convenient to use and with time settings, you set the time and let t do its magic , my dough is ready in 5 minutes , being an Indian , i have to knead the dough two times a day. It couldn’t be better . the hidden feature , it has a weighing scale too. Life is at its best.

I’ve only used this appliance once since receiving it, and it seems to be of good quality. The weighing feature was accurate, it mixed the dough well with not much noise, and the ferment cycle worked well. Hoping to get a lot more use out of this product. Love the color!UPDATE: After the second use, I returned this product. I noticed 3 little chips in the paint on the paddle, and I found one in my dough. If not for that, I would have kept it. Perhaps the paddle will be updated in the future. I do not have a dishwasher, so it was handwashed after use.
