Plug in heating element is loose and doesn’t heat correctly (one two different units)
I received this and plugged it in…it had a light on the heating element, but never got hot. It seemed like the plug in heating element was loose or ill-fitting. I requested a return and replace, which the company did right away. The second one sent worked a little, but the plug in was also loose. It is so inconsistent and barely warms. I actually just threw it away today I was so frustrated! Total waste of money and time.

Bought item in April and it was delivered April 29 2023 and as of mid August cord is(thermostat) is no longer heating the pan and needs to be replaced. Been searching for a replacement but am unable to find one in our city as there seems to be no small appliance shops around so am now going to have to but another to replace the one that has less than 4 months useage
