The machine works great, but the measurements for the ingredients do not match the cups/spoon provided. I had to buy a separate bread machine books so I could actually make bread. Customer service was helpful.

Best Purchase of 2024 : koviet bread maker
Our family consumes bread daily, but we never made it ourselves before because of all the steps and details to follow—when to add what, worrying about whether the yeast would activate correctly. With this bread maker, I don’t have to think about any of that. I simply measure and add all the ingredients according to the recipe, place the yeast and nuts in the separate dispensers, and let the aroma of fresh-baked bread wake me up. The smell of freshly baked bread is absolutely delicious!

I had to replace my old bread machine, and the looks of this machine caught my eye. Turns out it is a great choice, fits perfectly on my kitchen counter.I just made a sweet bread with my own recipe, it came out very delicious.

Luxury or necessity
Both! OMG, I LOVE this machine. Had 3 days and have made two basic loaves, one French, and a quart of yogurt. I loved baking bread 40 years ago, and now I love again. Quite. Super easy to clean. Viewing window. Small footprint.

What surprised me most about this bread maker is the separate yeast dispenser. It lets me keep my hands clean throughout the process without worrying about the yeast mixing with other ingredients too early or the order of adding ingredients. I don’t bake bread often, but this feature completely removes the fear of failure. Plus, it has 25 preset programs, giving me so many more homemade options. The recipe book is super detailed and easy to follow.

So easy to use
My family loves this bread maker. We use the standard bread recipe, a focaccia bread recipe, and as a dough maker for pizza and bread sticks. The all in one system makes it easy to add all the ingredients and then start right away or set a delay to have fresh bread ready when you want it. The single kneading paddle is really efficient and comes out easily when you remove the bread. That is a feature that was not always so great with older bread maker designs. It comes with a recipe book, though many of the recipes appear identical and I don’t use milk or eggs in my standard bread recipe.So far, we have made about a dozen loaves of bread without a problem. The motor sounds like it is working hard while kneading, so I will keep an eye on the longevity of the device.I highly recommend this bread maker.
