Not Blowing That Hard
I wish they would have given it more blowing power like my fan does. It took awhile for my bedroom to get cooled down. There is cool mist coming out and the noise is not too loud like my big fan is. There is no remote. The size to me is okay. The appearance is a tower. In the back bottom is where you place the ice pack that comes with it. Gets cool with that and that helps a little with performance. Just wish that it had more power. If it had a little bit more power that would be great. Got it for some money off. That is probably why there was a discount. Maybe company will come out with one with more power and hopefully they will let me test it out for a review. I am just being honest with this review.

Just a high-priced fan that you have to add ice and water to
Just like a previous poster, it was an expensive fan that needed water. I wasn’t really trying to cool the entire large kitchen, but just the corner of the room where I worked. I was 6 feet away. Granted, it cooled me for the first several days, but after that, it was just a fan that misted but didn’t cool! I didn’t bother opening the box of the smaller version that I also bought at the same time. Both returned, and the refund was credited to my account.

The product is okay not as good as expected. It is tall and does turn. Don’t expect turbo but it does have a mild fan with turntable.Easy to use but not as cool as you would think it would be.

Good quality fan just loud af even on lowest setting
The fan is a good quality, the misting effect is cool(no pun intended). Only reason it doesn’t get the full 5 star is because it’s loud. It’s in my bedroom to help keep my husky cool at night but even at the lowest of settings, this thing is still kinda loud and will overpower any ambient music. Good powered fan, cool misting choice, just loud. Definitely great for front room or anywhere else than the bedroom. Unless you like or need the sound of a fan, then ya I guess the bedroom works. Also, don’t write reviews half asleep.

Cools down the room fast
Update: after months of owning this fan and using it everyday all day I can honestly say this is the BEST investment I’ve made in a while! I just bought a second one yesterday for my bedroom.It does not leak, the hose needs a zip tie attached to make sure it doesn’t pop out of the tank (it did on us but we put a zip tie on it after we took it apart to get the hose). The water does not last in the tank for 16 hours for like 3 or 4 hours we fill it up a lot but don’t mind, we use regular lunch box ice packs that are small for it which works great. You need to have a water pitcher to get the water in the tank without splashing or causing leaks (I think that’s why people complained about leaking they may be using regular cups)Overall I’m so incredibly pleased. I get heat stroke easily but this cooling fan has saved me and no I don’t have an AC unit just this cooling fan and other fans in my windowSo please take my advice and BUY BUY BUY if you need a cooling fan! Totally worth every penny!I LOVE this Arctic Air tower cooling fan. I suffer from Dysautonomia and deal with extreme heat intolerance so when my apt complex said I couldn’t have an AC unit I was worried BUT I saw this fan while searching for cooling fans and decided to buy it. My caregiver can help me watch the water level for it and it is SUPER easy to use. My caregiver is even shocked at how cool it gets my living room, granted I have window fans in 1 of 2 of my living room widows each day and my other powerful fan on at the same time. So if you’re looking for a cooling fan then you should consider buying this one!! You might want to have other fans available for hot days as well

I actually purchased this item for my mom and it is wonderful She likes it and it works really good It actually cools a decent sized room and it works good it’s definitely a good cooler for those who need in an extra room I would recommend this.

Don’t count on it.
So our HVAC unit went out at the height of Summer, end of June. It would take a couple of days for our HVAC Guy to get it fixed. So I bought 3 of these for the 3 rooms we most frequent. They were okay. Not a real solution but they kept us from melting. A couple days later our HVAC was fixed. I’m a hot sleeper and my kids rooms can use a little extra cooling. So we kept them for a little extra comfort. We religiously fill them with water every night and use the ice packs, diligently taking putting them in the freezer every morning and replacing them every night. It’s now late August and the cooling function doesn’t work at all. So you got basically 2 months for this to actually function as intended. If you just want a long term fan there are better and cheaper options.

Beware!!
The tower is over priced for what it does. Not worth it. Doesn’t blow cold air even when using the frozen water bottle. There is a leak and water gets everywhere. Awful product.I paid $100 for a NEW TOWER but when it came it was clearly a used return. There was water still in the reserve and the water bottle that you freeze had water in it. It came with ZERO instructions. I cannot seem to find how to contact the seller. I want a partial refund for a used towers.

me gusto, pero el recipiente de agua es un poco incomodo y hay que tener cuidado que la manguera de re circulación de agua no salga del mismo, fuera de eso funciona bien y es posible meterle mas paquetes de hielo o hielo directo

cuando funciona, si enfría correctamente. el problema fue que dejó de funcionar al segundo día de uso.Inicié el reembolso y tristemente me regresarán menos cantidad de lo que realmente pagué.No lo recomiendo

Buena compra, para mejor resultado en la frescura si meter el filtro al congelador al igual que el hielo que incluye y agua fria en le tanque para que sea más satisfactorio.
