Best Kitchen Appliance I’ve Ever Bought !
I’ve had this for almost two years, and I use it for just about everything—cooking eggs and bacon, air frying or baking chicken for Mexican or Cajun dishes, making burgers, barbecue chicken legs, Cajun shrimp, pizzas, and even steaks and fish. It handles almost anything except soups, stews, stir-fries, pasta, and rice, though you could probably find a way to make it work. This appliance is incredibly versatile—I barely use my full-size oven or grill anymore because this is so much more convenient, and the food comes out fantastic. With all its features, it replaces multiple kitchen appliances. It’s easy to clean, made of stainless steel (no Teflon), and is an overall great addition to any kitchen. Highly recommend!

Review After More Than a Year – Still Cooking
I bought the COSORI Combo Oven to replace a standard toaster oven more than a year ago. It took about a month to get used to it. However, at this point, I really like it. I estimate that we use our large gas oven about 50% less because of it’s versatility and size. First the drawbacks: It’s big. Tall mostly but it’s a reasonable footprint for something this useful. Second: Pre-heat time – For some functions (e.g., Bake), there’s a pre-heat time and it usually lasts about 2 to 3 minutes, or longer if you put your food in during the pre-heat (not suggested). But we just build that into the prep routine and it’s no longer an issue. The good thing is that it does pretty much everything you want. Even the Air Fry setting does a decent job. Probably not as good as a dedicated air fryer, but better than I expected. We cook frozen french fries in it all the time and they seem perfect to me. The roast and bake functions are excellent. For an empty nest couple it really does everything our big oven does and more. Toast – Yes! And you have a lot of control over your temps and time. The controls are decent, actually very functional when you get used to them. It’s also very easy to clean the bottom of the oven. The floor plate slides out and is easy to clean. The light is bright and sufficient. Overall, this is a good purchase and it’s lasted 15 months at this point with almost daily use (several times per day).

Good oven, good on fries too!
Updated my review as the first one I received was a faulty oven, and company sent me a brand new one, and was very good at communicating back and forth. They stand behind their product, so I’m very pleased with it.I needed a new toaster/fryer oven and after much research I landed on this one. We like it, mostly.Works pretty good on all functions but there’s some flaws imho.First things first: appearance.*It’s a shiny oven, good size, and it’s bigger inside than my previous bulky Cuisinart.*It stays hot all around, so no touching sides, top or glass door. I bought a bamboo wooden tray to keep on top of it so I can put some items on top of it for functionality/space saving.*It has a crumb tray but I find the way it is set is not very conducive to removing crumbs: you still end up having to wipe the bottom of oven, as it goes in at a slant, meaning crumbs can roll off and into the back as you’re removing the tray. It’s okay, but duly noted.*I wish all trays and racks were stainless steel and dishwasher safe. They aren’t. The black tray even though it could be potentially washed in dishwasher is basically a black coated aluminum tray. Which means you cannot scrub it at all. Unless you want to forfeit the coating. So no scrubbing and no dishwasher. Means we can cover with foil (unless foil touches sides of oven cause that’s a fire hazard. We use parchment sheets but that’s not always working out. Not a total downer, I can always buy a new tray, eventually.*Door wipes easy enough. So far I’ve been able to clean it without mess. Other thing is the inside of oven which is all aluminum. I’m guess a good oven cleaner and several sponge/water washing out will do the trick (no, baking soda will not do. I’m the guru of baking soda/vinegar and I’m telling you, it won’t).*I like the light you can turn on at any point in cooking to see what’s going on.*Wish all functions had temperature that adjusted mid cooking, but some functions do not allow for that change unless you start over. Now cooking:Firstly the most common use we need it for, as we have a special needs adult son who loves fries and taters and I needed a non-frying way to prep food for him.Frozen fries do well imho.It does take a bit to go through, so not as fast as deep frying, but they come out well. That said, I had one major issue with the first oven, which was warm up time, no matter the function. But the replacement one they sent works perfectly. I think the warming element wasn’t keeping up in the other one.Oven warms up as ready after the 6-8 min time. The second oven doesn’t seem to have true cold spots. And cooks fairly evenly.I’ve baked a pie in it for Easter, that was successful.*Toast does okay. Nachos are good without burning cheese or chips, hot dogs got a crisping on outside, bread/tortillas were okay.In summary:Toasting function is good, baking pies or breads seems okay.Good on air frying and baking.I typically need to cook fries, taters, breakfast sausage, hotdogs etc, which in my previous toaster or air fryer was a simple basic bake or airfry function, but wasn’t a very good result, most times with cold spots here and there. This is much better, though takes a bit longer.I have not tested the dehydrate function yet or the ferment function. Conclusion:I really like the oven overall. The manual could have more than just a basic explanation of functions. It stays hot.The tools in it could be better (the rotisserie fork is only a two-prong, typically it should be a four-pronged to keep it positioned), or could offer extra for purchase or upgrade.Trays are also a bit difficult to grasp (if you put black corn tray underneath the crisping rack one will slide so you can’t pull out both together), but that’s not a biggie. Though be careful with extra liquid/oils draining from food as it can spill onto the door as you move the trays.Price was good, and I got it on sale so that was better. Arrived quickly too.The company has great customer service! It’s quiet, though there’s a faint buzzing in the background while it operates, I think that’s normal.I ‘m giving it 4 stars overall, only because I had to go through the process of getting a new one, and took a month to figure out the unit I had was actually faulty, so my food did not get cooked well for that Amoy of time, requiring “backup plans” many times. If you get a properly functioning one to begin with, then that would be a 5 star oven.Customer service it’s a 10 though!

La verdad recomiendo mucho este producto. Ya sea en oferta o precio regular la verdad como primer horno es excelente. Es fácil de usar, es muy espacioso y practico. Solo recomiendo el ser muy precavido con la limpieza para no batallar.

This is the older model of two that are currently on Amazon under the same name but different listings yet this one is more expensive, outdated and should be avoided because the other one is better. Confusingly, the product images/descriptions are identical and also outdated because there’s now a power button and different labelling for both. The only function this model has differently is a SHAKE button that signals with a beep at half the timer and it’s missing automatic preheat. The large digital display is really appreciated because they’re often too small or not well lit. Pressing the MENU button lets the dial scroll the different modes, TIME and TEMP lets you scroll your settings, when the dial is pushed in it starts/pauses the oven and automatic preheat will beep when heated and the timer starts and beeps again when complete. It heats quickly to max 450F but also dehydrator and ferment levels of 80F and the fan can be toggled to full on all the modes allowing “air fry” convection heat to whatever temperature or element pattern, six total used differently ie. two bottom/two top on bake, four top on air fry etc.The build quality is excellent with a thick brushed stainless steel frame on all sides, actually identical to a Frigidaire model still available (who is making it?). Heat insulation is perfect without any problems to laminate cabinets on the sides or top, even within an inch. There’s also insulation strips layered between the door but you’ll notice forward heat coming out the crumb tray, maybe intentionally for flow. It’s important to mention a review reporting the interior roof metal warping but it’s the first thing I tested and didn’t see any issue. The non-stick coated tray can be cooked with but I think works better as an oil pan placed below the air frying tray or rack tray to avoid getting the crumb tray and bottom elements dirty, you can also line the crumb tray with foil. Because non-stick will scratch and deteriorate and is arguably unhealthy, I strongly recommend a “steel baking sheet with grid rack 12.5″ x 9.7” by HaSteel or another brand around 12×10 without warping complaints, perfect for broiling and baking for around $20 and fits on the included rack tray you’d think Cosori (should have) included it too.As for the optional smart connectivity through the app on Android/iOS, it also connects through Google/Alexa and Bluetooth is always on for connection. I would imagine someone thinking it was a good idea if they wanted to start it remotely and have some roasted potatoes ready when arriving home, but according to the manual, no. Remote control is only for after manually starting it, “for safety reasons”, and generally seems to be for choosing a specific recipe within the app and locking in the settings automatically. You can also toggle things like the LIGHT and POWER OFF, temperature and time, but personally seems like too much and wouldn’t you really need a camera to make it useful?Overall, an excellent choice that cooks food perfectly, evenly, and costs much less in energy and time compared to conventional ovens. When new, I strongly recommend running at 450F BAKE with the fan toggled on for 20-30 minutes to burn away factory lubricants (typical for ovens and needs proper ventilation). If you notice the fan rattling (surprisingly common), try very gently shaking the oven on a slight angle once or twice while running only the first time. Otherwise, don’t hesitate and just use the Return and Replace option. It should cost around $220 CAD (or $190 on sale) and supports a 2year warranty – more than most other options except for what I think is the closest competitor, the very overpriced large Cuisinart at 5year (apparently they make you pay shipping costs whereas Cosori generously covers replacement). Consider getting an extended 4year warranty on Amazon for $30-40 rather than throwing money away after only a couple years.
