Didn’t last long
I love the independence this gives my dad but they just don’t last very long. He’s had 2 so far. The first one lasted between 3 & 4 months. The last one barely lasted 2 months. There’s no way he met or surpassed the 10,000 clicks this device claims in 2 months. Great product when it’s working. Not worth the price for the amount of time it works.

faulty design where wire connects to plug
For a very expensive part to the glassouses . Where the plug converts to the wire . The product needs to be a lot more sturdy . strong . and stable . Just bending the wire breaks the connection very quick and too easy Then the clicker stops working . .I’m on the third wire and I’m very careful with it .

Junk!!
The original switch that that came with my glassouse lasted about a month and a half. I ordered this one and it didn’t last two weeks. $130.00 for $10.00 part. I tried to get a replacement but now they are out and don’t know whe they will be restocked. I got a refund.

Does not last.
I have had 8 of these. they have never lasted more than 1 month of daily use. they are very expensive and very fragile. not to mention their British origin, good luck getting them fixed.DJ

Don’t last long
My bite switch worked perfectly for about a week! Now it intermittently stops working or even double clicks. Support is a joke. I emailed glassouse and got no response and the number is overseas. Think twice before purchasing!

Literally life-changing!
Hi! I no longer have the ability to use my hands. This has allowed me to do so many different things again, even graphic design! There are a few apps for which this isn’t able to work, but I am usually able to find some kind of work around for most. People regularly tell me that they are amazed at how much I can do with it! I am SUPER THANKFUL!The mouthpiece itself does not last 10 million clicks. I use this pretty constantly and was having to replace it every few months. I did reach out to the company directly and they sent some replacement electronic chips. They said they could do it, but we have a friend who was able to solder it in place. The first one didn’t make a difference, but the rest have!I have also learned that when the blue silicone cover starts wanting to come loose, it should be taken off and something wrapped around the black bite click underneath the cover to make it fit snugly again. This significantly extends the time it can be used.

Works for a while, sometimes two weeks
It is a bite switch and requires being in the mouth. Holes develope quicker in the silicone cover. When they do the switch dies and becomes trash.

Terrible customer support
This worked extremely well for about a month. Then it broke and the games began… Customer support was terrible. They kept asking me to make videos to prove it didn’t work. A huge bar for someone who’s disabled. After around a month of back and forth they finally conceded that it was broken, but I would have to ship it to back to them at my own expense. Which is really difficult for someone who is almost totally paralyzed. I would need to ask a friend to go to the post office pack and ship it.It feels like customer support exists mainly to string you along while making more and more demands on you. It seems designed to make you give up.I wouldn’t recommend buying this unless your okay eating the cost if it breaks. You won’t get a refund unless you are willing to jump through flaming hoops.
